We are pleased to inform you that we are opening our doors on June 5, 2020. However, in the context of the pandemic, there will be many changes for your safety and that of our employees.

We therefore inform you of the closure of the community hall, the indoor playroom and the sanitary facilities (toilets and showers) except for the clientele in accommodation for whom the sanitary facilities will be reserved and private.

It is very important to respect the measures put in place:

If you have a symptom of the coronavirus (covid-19), please do not show up at the campsite and notify us.

As indicated, we recommend that you do your grocery shopping in your city of residence before presenting yourself. Note that the accommodation's refrigerator is small, so we recommend that you bring a cooler if you have a lot of food that needs to be kept cold.

Only the same family unit residing at the same civic address can stay in your rental. This means that you cannot invite friends or acquaintances living at another address to join you, unless everyone has their rental, of course.

At the reception, we can only receive a maximum of 3 people at a time, when you arrive, only one member of your family can enter the reception. If three customers are already present inside, please return to your vehicle and wait for a space to become available.

We recommend that you wear a mask in common places to protect others as well as yourself.

At the entrance of each installation, antiseptic gel will be available for washing hands.

Although we favor payment by card, we will not refuse cash payments.

The laundry room (1.50 $ each) will be available upon reservation (no charge) at the reception. It will be important to have your change ($ 1 and $ 0.25 coins). You must carry your clothes in a waterproof bag and we recommend that you fold your clothes at your location so that other campers can use the laundry room.

There will be no pedal boat rental this season.

The rules of distancing must be respected.

Reception opening hours will be reduced, so it is very important to show up before closing. Our opening hours will be Sunday to Thursday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.

For the rental of chalets, it is important to clearly indicate the number of people, adults and children in the comment box because we will have to respect the 24h vacation period after your departure.

On the day of your departure, we ask that you place the towels, sheets and other items in the plastic bags that we have made available to you in order to help us protect those responsible for housekeeping.
